*While these are the primary addresses for these clinics, many of them have multiple locations (particularly for ultrasound and monitoring appointments). It is recommended that you review each clinic website individually for the most up-to-date information on clinic locations. 

Of note, Boston IVF has a program for fertility preservation for oncology patients that includes a rapid consultation followed by egg freezing typically within 1-2 weeks in new diagnosis of breast cancer or other cancers where treatment may threaten gonads. BMC Reproductive Endocrinology Clinic: Specializes in treatment of reproductive endocrinology disorders and provides fertility preservation consultation. ART is available in collaboration with other IVF clinics.

Office of Clinician Support (OCS): available to all trainees; provides support for work-related issues, including burnout and stress management. Call 617-355-6705, or email Lauren Coyne (Lauren.coyne@childrens.havard.edu).

DOCS peer support program: a peer support program; DOCS coaches represent a wide spectrum of areas of practice, years of experience and diversity of age/gender/ethnicity. A DOCS coach is on call weekdays from 3-7 (page DOCS through BCH page operator); you can also set up an appointment by emailing DOCS@childrens.harvard.edu

Employee Assistance Programs (EAP): EAPs can provide referrals to mental health providers and have some availability to provide face to face counseling sessions. You can also receive expert consultations for financial and legal issues. EAP is offered at BCH through Supportlnc (www.supportlinc.com).

Surrogacy-Specific Resources 

Surrogate.com: An online guide to surrogacy in Massachusetts, including articles about legal considerations, surrogacy costs, and ways to build strong relationships with surrogates. 

List of potential surrogacy agencies to explore: Bright Futures FamiliesCircle, ConceiveAbilities, CSED, Family Source Consultants, Simple Surrogacy, Same Love Surrogacy. Several of these websites also offer helpful resources, including recommended reading lists, legal insights, and step-by-step guides to the surrogacy journey.
