Post-Residency Fellowships
Through coursework at the Harvard School of Public Health, mentoring from community health center leaders and Harvard faculty, clinical practice in community health centers, and a scholarly project related to community health, the Fellowship will provide participants with clinical, research, management, and policy expertise to influence and advocate for improved health outcomes for underserved communities.
Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Clinical Scholars Program
The RWJF Clinical Scholars program fosters the development of physicians who are leading the transformation of US health and health care through positions in academic medicine, public health, and other leadership roles. The program offers master's degree graduate-level study and research in a university-based, post-residency training program. The program generally involves two years of study with generous protected time for research.
The Zuckerman Fellows Program equips people from the fields of medicine, law, and business to provide leadership for the common good by making it possible for them to pursue public service degrees at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, or Harvard Kennedy School.
Jerome H. Grossman MD Graduate Fellowship
The fellowship supports talented physicians who share Dr. Grossman's commitment and sense of urgency to bring meaningful change to the health care system by enabling them to pursue a two-year master's degree in public policy or public administration at Harvard Kennedy School.
The Commonwealth Fund Mongan Fellowship in Minority Health Policy
The program offers intensive study in health policy, public health, and management for physicians committed to transforming delivery systems for vulnerable populations. Fellows complete academic work leading to a Master of Public Health degree at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, or a Master of Public Administration degree at the Harvard Kennedy School with prior MPH. Fellows also participate in leadership forums and seminars with nationally recognized leaders in health care delivery systems, minority health, and health policy; site visits, shadowing, and practicum projects.

CIR SEIU House Staff Quality Council Grants
The CIR House Staff Quality Council at BMC has secured a dedicated stream of funding for house staff led QI/PS projects at BMC. Grant amounts are determined by the applicants proposed budget. The council especially encourages applications with strong interdisciplinary collaboration and identification with departmental and BMC quality goals.
Spring Cycle Proposals due May 15 / Fall Cycle Proposals Due December 1
The BCH Department of Medicine invites applications from residents to support resident research and education projects that are proposed or currently underway to be carried out during the PL1 through PL4 years of residency. Projects should be designed to answer a study question and be hypothesis driven or hypothesis generating. They should apply either quantitative or qualitative analytic techniques. Spring Cycle Proposals due April 29.
Boston Children's Hospital Travel Grant
Boston Children's Hospital Global Health Project Grant
